Enjoy a three day get away in the High Sierras. Hiking, happiness workshops, meditation, art & more surround a delicious healthy Shabbat in a cabin in the woods.
Special guest: Frumma Rosenberg-Gottlieb, coach and author, she appeared on Oprah and is cited by Time Magazine as an expert in Jewish Mindfulness.
